    Description

Very cool WW2 U.S.M.C. fighting knife made from the blade of a Japanese bayonet. Very good condition with an 11 inch blade, 16 1/2 inch overall. Nice smooth wood grip scales secured with two pins.  Brass guard. No rust or pitting to metal nor any issues with the wood grips. Brown leather sheath made just for this knife.  Has a brass G.I. belt hook for hanging on the webgear. Has U.S.M.C. to both sides and a lightning bolt to front. Looks like initials or numbers were attempted to be removed. I can't quite make it out. Throat of sheath has a tear at each side. A very nice Marine fighting knife. *** U.S. SHIPPING ONLY ***. PLEASE DO NOT PAY UNTIL INVOICED BY ME. PAYMENT DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF INVOICE. PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING AS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THANK YOU.
