US Army Officers Model 1902 Etched Sword with Scabbard-Made in Germany

Model 1902 Army Officers Etched Sword with Scabbard. T
he ricasso is unmarked, the spine is stamped "Made in Germany". The guard and grip are tight. The guard is a tiny bit deformed. The etched blade
has "US", an eagle, and other etched designs
, it is mostly clean, unsharpened, the tip is sharp, some nicks along the blade edge, and the last 3" by the tip has a couple minor bends. The scabbard is solid with one dent, it is missing one throat screw, and it has nickel loss freckles scattered throughout. Leather washer is intact. Length of the blade measures 32" (7/8" wide x 1/4" thick), length of the sword is 37 1/4", and overall in the scabbard it is 38 3/8".
