SIMONS BROTHERS CO. SOLID 14K YELLOW GOLD SIZE 7 THIMBLE ~ MONO MHC

Description

This is a Simons Brothers Company Solid 14K Yellow Gold Thimble.   I recently acquired this at a local auction.  It is marked with the Simons Brothers Company symbol (Old English "S" inside a shield) along with the 14K mark (the round black spot is a reflection of the camera lens) all on the inside top of the thimble as pictured.  The thimble is in good condition with only minor surface marks from use and no pin holes, dents or dings.  The Band is marked 7 (for size) and gracefully Monogrammed "M.H.C." as pictured.  The thimble weighs 4.8 grams on my digital postal scale.
