Great 70's German Polizei Green/Black Leather Biker Combo (Smaller Size)

Description

This is a now classic and harder to find  late 1970's motorcycle leather Polizei uniform from the former German Federal Republic. It is in very good condition with robust, high quality, yet supple leather as well as white fluorescent stripes, shoulder insignia and a "Polizei" logo on the back. It should go without saying that this item is sold for private collecting purposes only and should not be illegally worn to impersonate a police officer. The pant size is 32 inches, the inseam (crotch to bottom of inside leg) is appr. 29.5 inches. Can be worn outside or inside of boots. All zippers working well, some of them have added Velcro reinforcement. Pants  have two front pockets. Jacket with two front pockets is 33 inches at waist and see photo for shoulder measurement. Sleeve length from shoulder to wrist appr. 22 inches. Chest (measured from left to right below the sleeves on the outside is 20.5 inches for each side. Jacket
is connected to the pants via zipper, therefore can be disconnected  in order to wear the two items separately. The lining (see pictures) is completely intact as well. The overall length of the uniform from neck collar to bottom (measured from the back) is appr. 5 feet (or 60 inches).
IMPORTANT: this uniform, particularly the jacket, is only suited for thinner guys as particularly the jacket, but also the pants, gets fairly tight when all zipped up. Particularly if you wish to use this suit for motorcycling, I would recommend a waistline of no more than 31 inches. Measure your waist size right below the belly button. Should you have a relatively low waistline, but also a belly, sorry, this uniform is definitely not for you.
