Indexed catalog of house and other building items, including Edwardian door handles, locks & keys, mortise locks, nails, screws, and specialty items like dumbwaiters, refrigerators, appliances, etc. and other interesting items available for sale by the company.Catalog is in dark gray cloth covers with 208 numbered pages inside! This is a great piece of Seattle company history! Catalogue is filled with illustrations! It's survived the last 114 years in relatively good condition. There is wear and a ding to the covers. No major problems, but the book is not perfect. There are some edge tears to the first few pages in the book, including the title page. No MAJOR problems and the book appears to be textually complete. The imperfections are not too distracting...
