    From Col. Jack Novak's estate (West Point Class Of 1943), a quite nice older dated U.S. .50 liberty head gold coin that he carried in his cloth "Pilot Pack" - (survival kit) flying over Europe during W.W. 2. Newly minted Lt. Novak was assigned to Gen. Eisenhower's staff in England as a transport pilot (under Gen. Smith) - an interesting momento of the war, perhaps - see condition above. Jack lived here in Alexandria most of his life, my old employees remember him well.
